{ 9:40 PM }
It's 1:14 AM.
I'm super bored && boredom makes me think. . .
. . .not always good.
But I'll just use this song to talk about some of my favorite songs at the moment.
First being, Jeremih "Starting All Over."
It's been on repeat for the longest now.
That song is BEAUTIFUL. Seriously.
&& any girl or guy for that matter that's been through constant heart breaks will definitely love this. You can always start over whenever you're ready, but the line that stuck out the most to me was
"without no vision or way of how loves supposed to be."
I love it!
I do believe that most of us go into relationships envisioning or thinking that love should be one specific way && end up disappointed in the end.
Love doesn't always come in a specific form && doesn't have to be one particular way.
&& this song definitely opened my eyes to that.
Next song, "Diary" by Wale.
This man is a lyrical monster.
This is also another meaningful song, having to deal with new relationships.
(Sorry, jst the kind of mood I been in)
Anywho, I promise just about every girl and good man, note the good, can relate to this song in one way or another.
"She can't see in me, what I see in her.
This pain she inherit, can't be reversed .
I can't even stay livin' in the shade above the motherfuckers that played ya."
"The irony in that is I ain't even that, but you put it in those pages."
It basically talks about how we reflect the insecurities from our past relationships on the next man, && ignore what we have right in front of us. It's so many cold metaphors in this song, Wale is a blessing to Hip Hop. For real.
Those are basically the two songs I play the most, but other artists that stay on my playlist are Wiz, Cudi, Tyga, Trey Songz, Chris Brown. . .jst to name a few.
Well I'm done with the random post.
Laterz.
